Services and Costs
The library contains a variety of sources for information:
- medical and consumer-oriented books
- journals and newsletters
- audio and videotapes
- computer programs for patron use
- Internet access
- subscription computer databases
The library is staffed by a professional librarian. It is open to physicians affiliated with St. John's, hospital staff, and members of the general public.
Costs
Our services are free, with the exception of the following minimal charge:
- Interlibrary loans - $1.00 per item (In the event that comparable materials are not available locally, we can borrow or obtain copies from our interlibrary loan network.)
Materials used while visiting the library are free of charge.
